  • Check-in / Check-out:
    Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 PM. Early check-in / late check-out available upon request.

  • Cancellation Policy:
    Free cancellation up to 14 days prior. 50% charge if cancelled within 14 days; 100% if cancelled within 5 days.

  • Payment:
    50% deposit upon booking, balance due 7 days before arrival.

  • Occupancy:
    Standard: 8 adults. Maximum: 10 guests (with extra bed surcharge if applicable).

  • Smoking:
    Smoking only permitted in outdoor areas.

  • Pets:
    Not allowed.

  • Security Deposit:
    $1,000 refundable security deposit required at check-in.
